When my husband and I interviewed Dr. Passaretti prior to a preventative double mastectomy, we joked that he looked a little “too perfect.” We had just moved back from Los Angeles, and we regarded him as “very LA.” Then we reflected on my age (40), and how these reconstruction results will hopefully have to last me near half a century. “Let’s go with perfectionism!” we said. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. My breast surgeon had recommended Dr. Passaretti, saying he performed the best follow-up work, paying extraordinary attention to detail. Accurate. Now that I am through the five months of recovery, I feel (and look) merely as though I had opted for a so-called Mommy Makeover. Scars barely visible, symmetrical, you’d never know about the mastectomies. Dr. Passaretti may look “LA,” but he’s remarkably down to earth, very low key, and funny. His nurse, Shannon, was wonderful and so sweet. Just the sort of people you’d want guiding you through a process like this.

I cannot say enough about how great my experience with Dr. Passaretti and his staff has been. I am more than pleased with the results of my breast lift and augmentation. The nurses were wonderful and he was wonderful as well. I never had to wait to see him and was available to answer any questions that I had at any time. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for any better.

I was well informed and knew what I was getting into when I decided to have plastic surgery. At almost 50 years old, I needed a neck lift and a face lift. Dr. passeretti's name was given to me while my mom was having a simple procedure at a local hospital. I made an appointment for a consultation. My consultation was exactly what I anticipated. Dr. Passereti was kind, patient and knew exactly what i needed. I was comfortable with his knowledge and honesty. The office staff, nurse and surgical staff were kind and made me feel at ease. My mother was present the day of surgery and she was well informed and made to feel at ease. My experience was wonderful and my surgery outcome was even better.

Impeccable work. Natural-looking. I had my eyelids lifted and bags removed and now just over one month later my family and friends can't get over how great I look. Dr. Passaretti is an artist who keeps the natural shape of your eyes while ridding the area of the consequences of age. I recommend him and would never go to another plastic surgeon. In addition his staff is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Absolute perfection!

Dr. Passaretti performed breast reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy in November 2012. I was going to interview a couple of plastic surgeons but Dr. P was the first doctor I saw and I had an immediate gut feeling of trust and decided to choose him even though it was a bit of hike from where I live (Yonkers) to his Darien office. His office operates with clockwork efficiency from the initial consult to the follow ups after mastectomy and expander surgery to the exchange (silicone implant) surgery. Both Dr. Passaretti and his entire staff are kind and compassionate. I think he did an amazing job and would highly recommend him to any woman who has the daunting diagnosis of breast cancer and decides to have breast reconstruction. He really does care about his patients.

Dr. Passaretti gave me a breast augmentation and he did my upper and lower eyes. I have to give a warm thank you to his staff: They are ultra professional, yet friendly - just a great bunch. Dr.Passaretti is extremely thorough, honest and oh-so talented: I wanted to get an augmentation for some time, but was too afraid after seeing numerous friend's augmentations: ALL of which looked unnatural and uneven. I chose Dr. Passaretti after seeing his 'before and after' pics on his website, and my breasts are perfect - I mean perfect. He went through my areola, hence no scars..they are completely symmetrical, and just beautiful. I'm a 47 year old mom; although I went from a 34AA to a 34B (full B)...my breasts are so natural looking and feeling that nobody noticed I had work done; Dr. Passaretti made darn sure they fit my body. And my boyfriend says they are a 'masterpiece'. As for my eyes: I look 10 years younger. I cannot say enough about Dr Passaretti; he's a brilliant plastic surgeon.

Dr Passaretti is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and a phenomenal plastic surgeon. He did my breast reconstruction following bilateral mastectomies for breast CA. And, he did a GREAT job. Dr P. and all his staff are the BEST. They have been extremely helpful, very caring, never kept me waiting and always made me feel like I was their most important patient. I am a registered nurse that underwent breast surgery by Dr. Passaretti. I can not comment enough on how impressed I am with the results. He is truly and artist! It has only been a couple months and my scarring is minimal and the results are very natural. I am constantly complemented on my new figure. The staff at the Aesthetic Surgery Center of Darien exceeded my expectations. The facility is well kept and the medical staff are high knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Passaretti and staff were there 100%, to answer all of my questions even after surgery I would recommend his services to my best friends.

Dr. Passaretti is an amazing Dr.!! I am a patient for life. I chose him to do my breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy. He and his staff were super attentive to me and my needs through the entire 1.5 year process, and never once did I feel that I was not being treated correctly. I never waited more than 5 minutes in his waiting room. Dr. P values my time and his time, so there is never any time wasting activities. At the end of everything - I am SO HAPPY with my implants. They are appropriate for my body and his nipple creation technique is second to none. My scars are minimal and overall they look and feel fabulous! Thank you so much, Dr. Passaretti! XOXOXOX

Dr. Passaretti performed my breast augmentation this past april and was the greatest. I know that if I had gone elsewhere I would not have felt the same. He was very knowledgable and I like how he chose the size of my implant to what would look best with my body type. I was very comfortable with him and their extremely clean facility. He really takes care of his patients. Any future procedures I plan on having he is my doctor!
