3 visits to get a prescription correct! Still, I do not have a working pair of glasses for 2 months after the initial visit, but these glasses certainly were charged to my cc last month, which is not right! It appears that it is more about the money now than it is the service to get the customer a working pair of glasses - like it is my fault. As I was told, "I cannot make money on glasses that keep having to be redone." And if the third pair of glasses is not a charm, then I am going to have to pay for it as I was told.

Dr. Ben is the best. He takes such good care of me and is so pro-active. After several years of trying all sorts of eye wear, Dr. Ben was the 1st Docotor to understand my sight problem with the computer and prescribed glasses just for the computer.

Spent too much money, time, and gas for what should be a simple exam and contact ordering. Very knowledgeable but that is completely irrelevant due to the extremely poor service and attention to detail. Waited 30 mins + each visit (including first time patient visit) before being acknowledged by a member of staff. After exam and prepayment of contacts, forgot to order them, then wrong size when they did arrive. After multiple visits, they got one eye fit okay and the other was a no go. Front desk refused to handover the okay fitting contacts; despite I had paid for them and was desperate for contacts. I demanded a full refund, not a credit for next visit as they were pushing. The most distasteful thing was the doctor bad mouthing my then previous eye doctor to me – lack of professionalism. They wouldn't have to be so scared of competition if they would sharpen up on getting it right (or at least close to right) the first time and making a big first impression on the patient.

Dr. Larson and his team are professional, punctual, thorough, and upbeat. He is the most detailed eye doctor I have ever seen. I highly recommend him.
