I love Dr.Monetta. I've been going there for years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They remember you and ask about family. I have never had any problems. I go once a year and have always been more than satisfied.

Took my daughter for a comprehensive eye exam as she was having trouble in school. After seeing 2 ophthalmologists who failed to diagnose her condition Dr. Monetta was able to assist and get her proper care. Very good with children.

Very friendly -- maybe too friendly. Gets easily sidetracked from medical issues because he's so busy chatting about other stuff. Doesn't follow up well on questions. Probably should refer some patients (those who've had Lasik, those with a history of glaucoma in the family) to an ophthalmologist instead of trying to handle their medical issues himself. Staff is extremely poorly trained, both in customer care and basic office procedures. When there's a problem with staff, doctor won't get involved, so problems continue on and on and on. Needs to take charge of his office and make sure patients are treated with respect.
