Starting seeing Dr. Wells about 5 years ago. He was an excellent doctor and I received excellent care. Until the practice was moved into the same building as a walk-in clinic. The new building is run-down looking and the additional staff are unfriendly. He also started relying heavily on a nurse practitioner to treat patients. I didn't see the doctor for the last 2 years I visited his practice. The NP is rude and condescending, does not listen to patient concerns, and misdiagnoses patients. She diagnosed two warts on my fingers as dry skin (my new doctor knew they were warts rights away). They are also horrible about scheduling emergency appointments. Because of my husband's schedule, most weeks I would not know which day I could make an appointment until the Thursday before. I would call and they would never have appointments when I could visit but they had no problem refusing my prescription refills until I had an appointment. You will easily wait over an hour to see anyone. They are also only opened Monday through Thursday and only until 3.

My family has been seeing Dr.Wells for 3 years now for everything from sickness, physicals, injuries, follow-ups, and exhaustion. He is the best family doctor I have ever seen. We are a family of 6 with 2 children that have extensive disabilities. I would not want to see anyone else after having had such exceptional service from Dr. Wells and his staff. They are efficient, knowledgable, kind, compassionate, timely, and a pure joy to visit. I have complete trust and faith in Dr. Wells. His staff is the friendliest I have ever seen and have been from the very first visit. This doctor's office has something special and I hope to see them for many years to come.

his staff cannot even call a prescription into the right drug store also misleading when i called to make appt i told the lady Betsy i had not had a pap smear in three yrs that was one of the things i needed done. she did not tell me they do not do that. until after my visit with the Dr. and it was time to pay. they did not check blood pressure or temp and were not helpful in directing me to were i do need to go i did not appreciate being compared to a sick tree, leaves and trunk. if i was a tree he might have been helpful. the Dr told me he does not treat my leaves he heals my trunk.
