Difficult is the only word that describes my experience with Dr. Itua Iriogbe and leaves me wondering if hes a real certified doctor
I paid him 150 to complete medical forms November they went missing and/or he never sent them
doesn t listen ignores patients needs
its December 18 and he continues to make phone appointments to consult & complete the medical documents he never calls to complete them leaving office staff and myself in complete confusion its been 5 appointments result terrible emotional stress and abuse leaving me crying from stress DESTITUTE

Dr Iriogbe is my GP for a year. I have found him uninterested, unfriendly and unhelpful. A couple admin girls are good, other admins not. As in, I was not called to discuss results from a specialist referral. The admin said I didn't need to see the doctor, just follow recommendations from the specialist. I said, but they are in the report I need an appt for Dr to tell me.
He did not tell me all the recommendations, just what he wanted. I asked for the report.
Trying to get a referral for the option I chose from the list has been a challenge. I was at the clinic for the third time chasing it, Doctor came in and did not even acknowledge I was standing there as he stepped in front of me to speak with the admin who was kindly helping me.
I have never said or done anything adverse to this doctor, who projects contempt and does not disclose specialist direction he doesn't like.

Waited 2 weeks to see this man. Not only was he late - He was extremely rude to me. I walked in with a big smile and in a positive mood and I walked out in tears. He was soooo condescending I can not explain it in words, he spent most of the visit talking down to me instead of listening to the symptoms I have which I came to see him about.

He wasted the first part of my visit talking about stuff I didn't ask about (stuff my cardiologist is dealing with) and after that he says "is that all?" I say: "no I havnt even mentioned why I'm here yet" he said "you are 75% through the visit" I said" "but I've been here 5 minutes and you wasted it talking about my cardiologist things which I didn't bring up and was definitely not the reason why I booked this appt." He then proceeded to have a go and make me feel so small. I asked if I could book another appointment or a longer one so I could speak about all my current health issues. He told me how I'm only allowed to see him 4 times in a year because the government pay him a set fee a year and if I see him more than 4 times he would take me off his roster, I'm guessing that must be because all he cares about is money and not humans? I don't understand why you would want to become a doctor if you're not a nice person who wants to help people. Anyway, I have many health problems including a deadly heart Arrhythmia which I have a defibrillator fitted for and I asked "so what am I suppose to do if I can't see him about all my current health problems in the space of 4 appointments?" He shrugged and said to pick the most important ones. I had my little girl with me and she had to see her mummy in tears which really worried her. He wouldn't spend 1 minute of his time to look at my daughters symptom either. So if you are looking for a doctor who listens, has time for you and is empathetic, well mannered and friendly, good with children etc... Umm..well.... yes...

Saw in ER and then office follow up. Asked for a referral to an ENT which he obviously shrugged off (I gave him the information on ENT in Red Deer, all he had to do was make the call). I saw my family doctor and get referred in 2 days. I would not recommend this dr to anyone.

Fantastic. After being misdiagnosed for 4 months by a different doctor i went to see Itua Iriogbe and im happy i did. He really listened to my problem and new what was wrong right away. Very intelligent. Well spoken. Gentle and easy to talk to. I only have good things to say about my appointment.

My son saw him at the ER. He was very helpful, calm, and immediately had a good idea of what may be going on. He followed up with several tests, and referred us immediately to a Pediatrician for follow up.

Had an asthmatic attack and saw him in the ER- was helpful. I had ran out of my puffers and could not afford it, he gave me his card and asked me to see him in the clinic the following day without an appointment; i saw him the next day and he gave me free samples of puffers for 1 month!! Thank you for your generosity.

He is not slow to act when he realizes that his patients has an underlying issue that is beyond his scope of practice.

I had cause to see this good doctor when I had a persistent headache and I was feeling nauseous. His professional handling of my condition was impressive and topnotch. Kudos to him I got to the root cause and took care of it. He is an angel.
