Please avoid this doctor! I went in for a consultation with this doctor and even though I wasn't ready to have any procedure done, he kept insisting, almost pressuring me, to have the procedure that day. Worst mistake I ever made and I should have trusted my instincts from the beginning. Dr. Macri injected an ENTIRE syringe of Restalyne, one for each eye, which was beyond too much, and besides the severe bruising I looked so swollen. I waited two weeks for the swelling to go down but it never did. After spending $1100, I had two huge lumps under my eyes and looked so much worse than when I went in there. When I went back in to have him look at his terrible job he completely blew me off and said it looked "great" and to just use more foundation!!!! I ended up having to spend another $400email with another doctor in order to have the filler removed. Please avoid this uncaring, money hungry doctor!

Years ago, Dr. Macri was a covering physician while my mother's primary physician was on vacation. My Mom was in her 90's. One evening Mom was in pain. I knew her primary physician was away. I took her to the Emergency Room. The Emergency Room Staff told me they couldn't do anything for the pain and to consult the covering physician. I took Mom home and called Dr. Macri. He YELLED at me for going to the Emergency Room first, before consulting him, and then hung up on me, leaving me with a 90 year old in pain and without any solution. ETHICAL BEHAVIOR ??? As the years have passed, I've noted his transition for Emergency to General Practice to Cosmetic Surgery. He gave new meaning to the phrase - arrogance of the physician.

I trusted this doctor as he has given me Dysort without any problems. Recently he put Radiesse in to my nasolabial folds. He injected more product on the left side of my face due to a deeper line. When I went back for a follow up the left side wasnt corrected & I developed a lump between my nostril & upper lip. He put more product in the left side of face. Now my face is asymetrical & I have nodules inside my lower lips the size of nickels. He put saline in one of the nodules, but it didnt go down. When I went back a few days later for him to help me, he implied that he was doing me a favor by "taking time" with me "to make sure I was happy" - and that others doctors wouldnt take time with me. He then completely & apatheticaly told me "there is nothing I can do for you " and sent me on my way with nodules in my mouth. Not the ethical behavior someone would expect from a Dr. who took a hippocratic oath or who claims to be a better doctor than most. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR .
