Very disappointed! I went to this Clinic about a month ago and waited 2 hours to see the doctor. All the Dr did was order a blood test, which was completely normal, but I was having severe anxiety and panic attacks. I was not asked any questions about this. I needed sedatives and to be in hospital or referred to a psychiatrist or councillor. There has been severe stress in my life, being a mother of 3 young children, in a marriage going downhill, a struggling university student and also working part-time in a pharmacy. It's all too much! I left there crying. Can't we get a clean, modern clinic in Langdon? Can't we get properly trained doctors? To boot, the staff are obnoxious and intolerable! I usually drive 45 mins into Calgary to avoid this "vet clinic." I just want value for my hard-earned tax dollars!

Dr. Mann saw my mother for years and despite her complaining of abdomen pain for over a year - Dr. Mann did nothing but prescribe a pain killer that someone with previous history of an ulcer should never have been prescribed. She never sent her for a cat scan but the "request to send her for one" sat in her computer filled out and never sent - which was only discovered when Dr. Mann was away and her partner doctor had to assist me/my mom when I took her in as she was in so much pain. The very next day my mom's pain was so bad that I called an ambulance. She had a ruptured bowel, was septic and had to have surgery within 4 hours or she would die. My mom has been downhill and in care homes since that day. I would never send anyone to see Dr. Mann ever. Yvette Kind, Calgary, AB

I had Dr. Mann as my family doctor since, I moved to Calgary. She is very kind, Patient, helpful and goes out of her way to help. She is like a Mother figure to me. Excellent Doctor.

Amazing. Incredibly kind, highly knowledgeable and intuitive; not always an easy combination to find. Am so very grateful that she is my family physician!!

She is the best. She takes time to ask questions and she remembers things that I’ve told her previously. She has the overall health of her patients in mind, and is super caring. She’s also very knowledgeable in the area of women’s health. She’s almost always punctual, and when that hasn’t been the case, has apologized. She’s professional yet personable. Fantastic doctor.

She's terrible. Didnt come for more than 45 minutes into my room. Never even asked my one concern. Just talked to her personel assistant trainee doctor and left. I was so shocked that she didn't even asked her patient Tht how am I doing? This is so sad to see doctors these days just earning big money but not treating every patient equally. What she did to me, someone e needs to fire her. I came home hopeless without any suggestion...

Excellent doctor! I have never had a problem with wait times. She listens, will address my concerns and works with me to find the best treatment! She is kind and caring and is great with my children. On one occasion, my daughter had an ear infection and she gave me her personal cell # so that I could call her and let her know if the antibiotics were working.

Dr. Mann is amazing Doctor. Very caring, very understanding, very helpful, takes her time to listen to me.. The time my appt is booked, I see her at that time. Never late, I see her on time, which im really impressed because some places you end up waiting for hours before you can see the Doctor. The staff is so nice, professional, so organized. im so impressed that i recommended Dr.Mann to all my families and friends. Best Dr.
