He started off being rude, unprofessional, very arrogrant but after everything he is the best. I would recommend him to everyone. he is very smart doctor and he helped me understand my disease, very patient, gives me the best care and treatment. He is AWESOME!!!!!!!

He is very professional doctor and I am realy happy about it. However, sometimes you have to waite, because he spends quality time with patient. He did all the test that had to be done and explianed everything to me. . I Would recommend this doctor to all my friends. The office staff are just great.

He is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come accross. He makes you wait for rediculous amount of time (I was once there for two hours). He has absolutely no bedside manner and refuses to explain anything in understandable terms. I Would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!

I think this is a good Doctor, Yes I had to wait a little bit longer; however the doctor was on call and he spent alot of his time on me.

Dr Gao makes his patients wait for incredibly long periods of time (over 2 hours). He is disorganized, rude, arrogant and disinterested in his patients' well-being. I was disappointed in this doctor and would not recommend him to anyone. He has no bedside manner. He should do research instead of dealing with patients.
