Ratings for Dr. Damon Tsai
I have yellowish stain on my front tooth and they were not the perfect shape. Dr. Tsai is a very meticulous dentist and he did en excellent job on these Veneers. I am extremely happy with his job and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist who takes pride in his work. Excellent office staff as well, Very Cheerful!

I've been Dr. Tsai's patient for over 20 years. I'm happy and satisfied to have him take care of my teeth from cleaning to pulling out my wisdom teeth. He does his job very well and is very professional. His staff are friendly and have great team work and spirit. I couldn't ask for more.

I got my braces done by Dr. Tsai and he did a great job. A lot of my friends got me worried that having braces would hurt and that it would be very uncomfortable and look ugly. Dr. Tsai reassured me that the discomfort would be minimal and that the aesthetic appearance could be customized by me. After going through the whole process. I have to say that I'm really glad that I chose Dr. Tsai as my dentist. He was right, the discomfort was minimal and it made a world of a difference for the aesthetic appearance of my teeth and smile. The cost was very reasonable and I managed to afford it myself as a working high-school student.

Dr Damon Tsai is a very serious doctor. He is also very knowledgeable and take pride in doing a good job.I referred a couple of my friends to see him for implants and they are extremely happy with his work and their results. I also find his staff extremely helpful.

He asked his assistant to polish my son's teeth and the bill showed 1 1/2 units scaling. After discussed with them, I was charged 1 unit and 1/2 a scaling. When I questioned the doctor, he was very impatient. All he want is your money!

Excellent dentist but.. what happened after being away for school? they really know how to use up all your insurance money as well as money out of your own pocket without blinking an eye. For my visit(cleaning), I had brought in information on my coverage, which the receptionist even photocopied. I had told them that I only wanted to do what was covered. Next thing you know, i am doing xrays, then cleaning... came out to be around $360... instead of running things through to make sure insurance covers 90% for basic services like cleaning and xrays, they waited till I was finish everything. bill totals around $360, I ended up having to pay $150 out of my own pocket. last year basic cleaning at the local doctor costed $150.. which i paid around $25. Not even a bit apologetic, they urged me to schedule another appointment knowing full well it wont be covered by the insurance. plus they overbook so there is a long wait. time to switch!

I brought my son in for baby teeth extraction. dr told me to wait outside, during the treatment. I could hear my son was crying in the room. and i went back in the room and saw this dr was spraying water on my son face, and trying to make him stop crying!!! Horrible !! never go back !!

Terrible attitude, oh and yes he's helpful when it comes to showing you brochures and information on braces, but did you know that just by showing them to you, he charges you a fee. Staff also don't know what they're doing.

He is the worst dentist I've ever had!!!!!!!! In fact, he should have his licence taken away from him because he does not know how to properly perform any dental procedures and he will not take any responsibilities for his mishaps. All he cares about is your money, he doesn't give a damn about how the results turn out. DO NOT RISK YOUR TEETH AND WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS IRRESPONSIBLE DENTIST!!!!!!!!!

Dr.Tsai's office is a great dental office. Dr. Tsai spent time on explaining every treatment option in detail and answering my questions very patiently. The final treatment plan is based on which one is best suited me not the one of which he can make the most money. All the staff are very nice and helpful, from the front desk to assistants and hygienist.
