When I went to see Dr. Christensen I was in moderate pain, my spine and hips were crooked. He got me straight, healthy and 85-90% reduction in pain and discomfort. He might give you "homework" or excercises to do at home to stay healthy which some lazy people don't like...but trust me, if you do them you will be healthy. After seeing him the first year, I now rarely need to go back (I went a total of 4 times last year for minor adjustments). He is VERY knowledgable and really does care.
