My family and I have been going to Dr. Falk and his qualified staff for 12 years now. Even though we moved 1 hr away we keep him as our primary because he has gone above and beyond to help us. Even offering to see my husband at night when he was suffering with a kidney infection. The receptionists could be a little more friendly.

my wife had horibble pains for a couple years, could not eat, felt like death. For two years she saw a woman doctor at faulks clinic and told her she simply could not do anything for her. Imagine our surprise to find it was something as simple as a gall bladder two years later. Test after test that put me in the hole terribly ruining my credit and taking me to collections and basically the poor house. I am still paying on these bills. Why I did not sue this place is beyond me. I have also been going there for the last 5 years, before my wife started, i have chronic back pain and needed to go see them once amonth to have my meds refilled. This month I could not afford my co-pay of 45.00 20 is added to pay my exidting bill , i was turned away. Imagine that, they get 184.00 from my insurance each month and because I could not do my co-pay I was turned down and had to go thru severe withdrawls on my own. Wow what a great clinic huh? I will be changing dr. this time around.Thank you.
