I had a primary rhinoplasty many years ago and I wanted a revision rhinoplasty to remove nasal implant but at the same time get the results I was looking for. I was very skeptical and hesitant. I seriously researched ENT plastic surgeons for about a year. It was a very long, stressful, and overwhelming process, looking for the right doctor and trying to figure out what was best for me. To make the process even more complicated, I being a PHYSICIAN myself wanted to find a surgeon that had experience specifically with conservative approach since I wanted this to be my last revision rhinoplasty. I had been to many consultations within my area and out of state, as well as with doctors across the country, including a few in CA. All other Surgeons recommended ear cartilage and rib cartilage graft for a revision rhinoplasty in order to get a best dorsum after removal of an implant. I was told, that was the only option to get expected results. I was not ready for a hole in center of my chest and I was very sure no matter what I will never do rib /ear cartilage graft. Dr Schuster was last on my list. Of all Surgeons I talked to, Dr. Schuster was excellent! Dr. Schuster was the most qualified to deal with the functional and aesthetic concerns of my nose condition. He exactly knew what was needed to achieve desired results. He is very thorough and is not rushed. He is extremely knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail, and his personal commitment to attaining the most positive outcome. He was aware that I was expecting conservative procedure. He assured me that he will use ear cartilage graft only if needed and will do nasal bone osteotomies to achieve desired nasal dorsum.
The results are absolutely amazing- perfect. I could not have asked for better care or better results. Words cannot describe how remarkable Dr. Schuster is at what he does. I am absolutely impressed by the outcome of my revision rhinoplasty and very pleased with the overall experience of having him as my plastic surgeon. NO graft was needed. Nasal ostetomies was done without any complications. I achieved results without any damage to my other body parts. His knowledge and execution of procedures allow him to be unsurpassed in his field. Following a relatively short recovery period, I was back to my normal activities. The results were better than expected and to this day, not one person has ever suspected that I had a nose job. He is truly a highly skilled surgeon/artist. I am glad that I trusted his knowledge and expertise. I felt so lucky to have chosen Dr. Schuster for my second and FINAL revision. It’s now been 16 months post revision rhinoplasty – no complication, no side effects, no breathing issues nothing. No more revisions!!!! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience and natural results. His office staff is also great and very accommodating... I can't recommend him enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. schuster for over 10 years now and I keep coming back😀 He has been wonderful to me and my son on which he did corrective surgery on his nose that gave him confidence and his self esteem back! My results have been awesome. The whole staff is very. friendly and more then helpful. From prep to postop the care is fantastic. Would highly recommend him!

The office staff experience was HORRIBLE. I scheduled my appt deliberately on a day when they were supposed to stay open late, 6:30pm, because I work. I got a call 5 days before my appt asking if I could come in at 6pm which I obliged to. Come appt day, I got 2 calls asking if I could come in at 5pm, which meant taking time off to come in. I said no and kept my rescheduled appt at 6pm. Fast forward to appt time, I left my office at 5pm to reach Dr. Schuster’s by 6pm. 45 mins later, still in traffic, I did the courteous thing and called the office to notify them I was going to be late. After being put on hold twice, I spoke 3 different people trying to reschedule me for times in the middle of a work day because they couldn't be bothered to stay late, even though my ORIGINAL appt was for 6:30pm. Don’t offer “late” appts and then try to reschedule for earlier, and not be accommodating. So two hours later still in the car sitting in traffic, not to see the doctor…don’t BOTHER.

The surgery he suggested not only left me disfigured, he did not appear to even care. He did not listen to my concerns and barely spoke to me for five minutes, even when I was in tears. Stay away!!!
