I waited on the table with my pants off for almost two hours, got up and dressed and walked out. The only explanation was that it was a slow day. This happened on two previous occasions. The office is extremely overheated. Dr. Williamson never apologized or gave me an explanation. Also my appointment was to be six months ago but they cancelled it and said I would have to wait six months to get another.

I love her. She is very knowledgeable, personable, helpful and respectful. I have never waited more than 15 min in her office. She is very caring. I trust her with anything. Her staff is very nice and polite and respectful also. I would never go anywhere else. I have been seeing her for 8 yrs now and would highly recommend her.

The staff was neither rude nor friendly. My wait time was ridiculous! Between 1.5 - 2 hrs. EVERY appointment.(I was always on time)Seriously, I was pregnant & terribly hungry every appt. day. As far as helpfulness, I had asked her about an ingrown hair and by her instructions, (supposedly the only thing that I could) apply a warm compress, etc. That never worked and I have a bad scar and it took years for the bump to go down. Also, I'm not sure that it's her fault but I was ordered on petocin and I had a HORRIBLY painful labor. (aggressive petocin?)I was not allowed to have an epidural until I was 5cm. Next baby, I told the doctor about previous epidural rule & they didn't understand why she wouldn't allow it. They said, why be in pain if you don't have to be? Before epidural w/ next baby the pain was terrible, of course, but NO where near the amount of extreme pain I was in from previous. To be fair, that was my first baby & as I said, not sure if it was aggressive potocin or not.

Dr. Williamson is wonderful and very easy to talk with. I have seen seveal other Ob/Gyns in the past. I have to give her the credit for going over and beyond. Easy to get appointments and have not ever had to wait long.
