I though it to be terribly unprofessional as to how short and rude she was towards me. It was a complete waste of time and money. I am also a bit a fault by not ending the appointment by walking out.

Bed side manner could use some work. Also - 5 minutes is about all you get to spend with her, because she's always in a rush.
