Lisa will always return your phone call personally. She is very helpful and will listen to you even if it has nothing to do with why you made the appt. She will get all blood work and x-rays done. She has no problem with saying I don't know, but I will find out. Will also send you to another doctor who will know, and will keep sending you to different doctors until there is an answer. She is easy to talk to and will keep calling back until she gets a hold of you. Although she is a Nurse Practitioner and a FNP-BC CEN (not sure what that stands for) she is smarter than most M.D.'s I know. If you are ever in Ephrata and need a doctor I would highly recommend her..
