Dr. Varilla accepted me as a new patient, without any problem. She seemed to understand my need to get in to see her right away and allowed that to happen. Unfortunately, she has many patients and I wound up waiting a very long time to be seen. Hours, actually. This seems to be the usual dilemma at her office. I suppose it's because there are so many patients who need her and few doctors of this type to go around in the area. I had a hard time finding a doctor who would take me. She did. She also seems knowledgeable in many areas of her field, including working in Pain Management. I've seen better, but it isn't easy to find this type of doctor that's located near where I lived, so I went to her. She works out of 2 offices, so it makes it a little easier for some who live near her other office to come in. She also works on Saturdays to give Pain treatments of different kinds. That makes it easier for those who work all week to get in and be seen. So far, I'm satisfied with Dr. Varilla.
