Dr. Shipkin may very well be a good doctor, but as long as he submits fictitious reports when doing an IME (independent medical exam), he's nothing but a money-hungry fraud. Obvious health issues don't seem to matter to him when he's supplying Workers Comp with the ammunition they need to send you back to work too soon. He's definitely in it for the money, as the only people that have anything good to say about him are the people that have the best insurance....he's either bilking the insurance company, or getting grossly overpaid as an IME hack.

Dr. Shipkin has been my life line for years. He listens, take notes, answers all questions, and is available when he is needed. My hope is that he never retires

I imagine that Dr Shipkin gets paid very handsomely from the insurance firm he works for on workers comp cases. He wrote a report saying I was and am fine but he was not my Dr during the injury. He comes off very kind but he's never going to take anyone seriously who is in argument with the workers comp insurance company. Quite frankly he is a fraud.

He is the Doctor for Donegal Mutual insurance.He did not want to hear anything i had to say. According to him i was just fine.Now year's have past and i still suffer each and every day from back problem's continually getting worse .When it comes down to it . It's who pay's him more.

Extremely caring, attentive , and Talented! A very good listener, which I find rare in doctors...Our 1st appointment was over 1 hour and much of that time was spent talking. A very Calming demenor and Dr Shipkin goes far above and beyond what you would expect from an average Doctor.
