He is very rude and has a short temper. Feels like he wants to make money no matter what. Watch out because he can suddenly move to a new location far away and insists that you remain a patient with him.

I can't go on enough about Dr. Choi. He has made my children's smile beautiful. He is very pleasant to deal with. He comes out after every visit to discuss your kids progression and any issues. His staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The kids walk right in and I never had to wait more than 15 min. He really is a gentle and caring orthodontist. My kids love him. I would recommend Dr. Choi to any one looking for a orthodontist.

We have been patients for 4 years and we highly recommend Dr. Choi. He and his staff are caring, professional, and knowledgeable. We visit the office in Raritan and it is clean and efficient. We have never waited for more than 5 minutes for an appointment and scheduling is never an issue.

Dr. Choi will get angry if you seek alternative therapy or just want a second opinion. He refuses to pay credit balances due. Not a nice man.

I had a very decent experience with Dr. Choi and his staff. He does take time to listen to your concerns, and results were great. I can smile in public without any hesitation now!!!

Terribly arrogant. They don't consider your requests of getting a time for which you don't have to wait long. They book people later on in addition and take them ahead of you, so you still have to wait for a long time. Shows money mindedness. When you tell them about having to wait, they smile, but carry on making too many appointments for the same time, so you have to wait again a long time. - When you complaint to the doctor, he takes you out of the waiting room to his office, so the other people in the waiting room don't hear your complaints. Then he interrupts you, talks down on you, and get you out the door. Find another doctor.
