I really like Dr. McGowen but his front office staff were cold and bordered on rude at my first visit. So much so that I complained about them. I was not sure I wanted to stay but am very glad I did. The doctor makes up for his staff. He is very friendly and approachable. I found him to be very through and interested in what I had to say. He is very kind and gentle. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Punctuality: waiting up to one hour consistantly.Arrogant.Diffcult to approach.
