Welcoming office staff. Professional and personable MA's and nurses. Explained the visual testing well. Dr Sires is great, very reassuring to this anxious patient. Janet especially helpful with preop and billing details. Only suggestion is that the clinic hours and days are made knownI did not realize that no one is available on Mondays tho I do know I could always call the provider on call for an urgent concern. An overall great experience.

The surgery and home instructions were excellent and my following directions I had no bruising and minimum swelling. The staff have been amazing. I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat. I did call a couple of days before surgery about taking arnicare before surgery and talked to someone who asked me multiple questions and said they would have a nurse call me but no one did. I just thought it might have been a miscommunication. Camelia the surgery nurse called me and was wonderful before, during and after my surgery. This clinic is lucky to have her. Everyone else has been a joy to deal with. This clinic's staff is so kind and caring. It's amazing that this whole group is so onboard with patient care. They all must love working here.
