Dr. Mortazavi write for pain medication that should be only used post-op for months after surgery. Even with knowledge of other docs writing for them on the same patient. Addiction comes as a result of Drs. writing freely for narcotics. His drug interactions with other meds is lacking.

Dr. Mortazavi is a fantastic surgeon with an amazing bedside manner. I am 81 years old and had a bone spur on my spine. We tried multiple other methods to alleviate the excruciating pain prior to resorting to surgery. Dr. Mortazavi removed a 1-inch piece of my spine and replaced it with a cadaver's spine. I had zero pain after surgery and am feeling better than I have in years. I highly recommend him if you're facing back issues.

Dr. Mortazavi is an amazing doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an amazing Physician and Surgeon. He has a good sense of humor and is very respectful. Every visit was a good experience and I was confident in his treatment plans. He made sure I understood all the treatments and treatment options I went through. I am a cna and student going for my nursing degree and because of my injury most of my studies was on hold. During the time I was getting treatment he would give words of encouragement. The staff is just as amazing! They all had the same respect and amazing bedside manners. If I had a question or concerns, they always replied quickly and professionally. Hands down the best experience I ever had with a care team! If you are reading these reviews, don’t wait and hurry up and schedule an appointment with Dr. Mortazavi and his team!

I could have never found a better back surgeon. Dr. Mortazavi LISTENED to where I was hurting and told me he could help me. He sent me to a pain management doctor and after multiple visits, he sent me back to Dr. Mortazavi to see if he wanted to do back surgery. I was 69 years old at that time and both Dr. Mortazavi and Curtis did everything possible to make me comfortable and safe. Within 4 hours I was walking and Curtis was checking on me.

Dr M, his PA and the assisting nurses have been nothing but supportive, open eared and willing to help. Each and everyone made sure that my concerns were heard and an explanation was given. Dr M is literally the best doctor I’ve ever came across and I would recommend him within a heartbeat.

Absolutely the best Surgeon ever. Dr M feels like a family member that cares about your well being. Laminectomy last year, Fusion in another month or so. My surgeon is the best. Awesome staff!
