This office is HORRIBLE. I was on hold for 35 mins trying to make an appt. Finally I got through and can't get an appt for 3 months. Sorry I'm not dealing with an office that can't handle their patients. Who wants to be on hold over a half hour when they need to talk to the office... Not me! I'll find another doctor who has a well functioning office to care for their patients.

Dr. Kozupa is very thorough and absolutely amazing. She listens, and works very hard to solve your issues. Her staff is also amazing. She will not disappoint!!

Took 18 vials of blood and could not find anything! Never got back to me on a critical result on a blood test! still waiting to hear from this doctor. am very disappointed in her performance!

Dr. Kozupa has given me a new lease on life by placing me on an insulin pump. In the first three months of her treating me, my A1C went from a 11.7 to a 6.8. That is an incredible transformation. I am starting to see some of the complications reverse themselves due to the very tight blood sugar control. I would highly reccommend this Dr. and her staff for diabetic care.
