I had surgery with him a few years ago and let me tell you this man is the biggest con artist there is. He honestly does care more about your money than the terrible care he provides for you. He didn't even know what he was doing. He fronts as if he’s the best of the best and advertises it but all he truly knew how to do was lie and write fake reviews about himself. FYI he wrote one about me right after I had the surgery. How do you have surgery to reduce breast tissue but this angry airhead crook removes all the breast tissue to simply write himself a 5 star review about it? He also did ask me to give him a 5 star review even before the failed operation. I’ve also never had to deal with a doctor where I’ve been so anxious to ask a question about a service that they provided for me because I knew that he was going to yell at me. It is true that he does act like a child putting up a fuss. I’m glad this man’s clinic has shut down so no one else has to deal with the trauma of his affordable but extremely cheap quality of services. I still want to sue this angry man for the damage he did to me. BTW he’s top value scar cream is cheap worthless palmers coco butter that anyone could find at a target store. If I even knew this fact I would’ve run away immediately.

Terrible Doctor. My wife and I were going be of the first to leave a bad review and for the next few years the bad reviews piled up. You can see the reviews change to either people being forced to review before their surgery or people paid to review (easy to spot because they all use the word “breast augmentation”). Do a little research and you will get the idea.

He’s a big liar who writes his own 5 star reviews and who has extreme anger issues to the point you can’t even ask questions without causing him to have a tantrum like a child.

I am not sure where to even begin. I had breast implants done in 2015 and was very pleased with the implants themselves, but felt like Dr. Smith was very pushy. He made me feel like he only wanted my money. Now 6 years later one if my implants deflated so I went back because although his bedside manner was poor to say the least I was happy the first time. This time around I am dealing with a completely different story . My implants are uneven. He refuses to allow me to email him because they are “not secure” but he also had me email my test results prior to surgery.. which does not make sense to me. After going to all of my follow up appointments, which is a 4.5 hour drive away he hounded me to come back for photos and scar cream that I could easily get sent to me. I was also told I needed stitches out (another reason for my last appointment) but when I had my doctor in my area check there were no stitches to be taken out. . . Aside from all that I was told my warranty did not pertain to my implants but when I called the company of my implants they told me that although they were not the same implant as before (saline then and silicone) that I would have been able to still get something back due to their lifetime warranty . . I had a relatives implants deflate recently and their doctor was EXTREMELY supportive, and her implants were covered under warranty aside from anesthesia etc. I am very disappointed. BUT I will say that his staff is great, I just feel bad they deal with someone who is more worried about money then actually helping people.

Where to start with this class act... I decided to use Dr. Smith for breast augmentation, against friends comments/opinions of him as well as some not so awesome reviews I was trying to look past. As Julia Roberts would say in Pretty Woman... Big Mistake!
I guess I should consider myself lucky that I didn't go through with it from all the hack job reviews I have seen..
Anyways, I went through the consultation. It ended with a 20 minutes drill session from Dr. McStupid not agreeing with what I have decided to do with myself around the Covid Immunization. 'I am selfish'... 'I should make sacrifices for my kids'... 20 minutes of trying to make me feel terrible. Towards the end he even told my fiancé and I 'Boy I am being harsh today' and giggled. I sucked it up and let him do what clearly makes him feel better about himself.
Fast forward to today... when I received a phone call from Dr. Smith saying that he just realized now that I have not had my vaccination, and that he would not operate on me if I did not get it.... where was he through the interrogation he gave me???... regardless. More comments about how I am selfish and he won't put himself, his staff, and his family in jeopardy because of my God given decision. I finally had enough and decided I would not go through with the procedure with Dr. Smith regardless if he would accept me or not. I asked to cancel my appointment and be refunded. I was told I had to be at his office by tomorrow at 7 am in order to get that back... oh did I mention it is around a 2 hour drive for me? I explained that it would be impossible for me to make that work (why would he want me physically there if I am not of the vaccination standards he requires), we talked (argued) and he finally agree to refund me the money I had paid him in full.
I have never in my life been so humiliated.... but again, at least I avoided a disastrous surgery. I respect everyone's views and opinions of what they decide to do in this new crazy life we are now calling normal. Shame on this so called medical professional and his crazy antics. On to a better, more qualified surgeon.

Botched my breast augmentation surgery. When I went to have him look at results he basically said I’d have to pay full price for him to fix it and then he said he would throw in a tummy tuck with that price. (I’d never brought up that surgery before and my stomach was not a insecurity so I was mad he even pointed it out.)
I refuse to go back to him to have them fixed I’m going w a new plastic surgeon who could see DR.Smiths errors right away. Highly recommend that you go somewhere else Smith is cheap for a reason!

Completely botched my breast surgery and now I have to pay a lot of money to get them fixed. I called and asked if they had a warranty or would redo them since I got them done 7 months ago and was told I would need to pay for everything again. He has horrible he’s side manner and I went to two other doctors who told me the exact opposite of what he did for my augmentation Ladies, get multiple consults before choosing him
