Read all of the previous reviews . She is rude and condescending. Arrogant. Does not and will not listen to you as a patient. Speaks quickly & abruptly. Tells you to go to PT and won’t hear anything else. Not pleasant . I am not sure how cleveland clinic keeps her in staff when they are so concerned about costumer care & their reputation. Go elsewhere!!!

First my father never had asthma! I never said that! Second the doctor write on her record that I stopped the physical therapy and this is not true, because the physical therapist tells me that I will not need anymore to go! Third one Dr.Rosenquist said that I did not complete at home the exercises, although I tell her that after my last physical therapy I get worse and started my lower back pain, and I couldn't even put my shoes on! At the apartment I came even earlier, they took the patient who came after me, and after I was waiting 40 minutes the doctor asked me why I was late!!!! She was very rude and she insisted that I should be earlier there and I tell her that I was earlier, but she was with very bad behavior and she was interrupted me all the time and even when I asked her " Do you think that one day I can be able to run again with the problem with my back?" She answered very rude " I don't have a magical lamp!" AND THIS IS A DOCTOR????? This is THE WORSE DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!! Very RUDE!!!!! If there was ziro star I would put 0

Horrific. All Cleveland Clinic doctors I have seen have been terrific. Do not expect anywhere near this from her. She needs an attitude adjustment. I didn’t go for pain management... I just wanted to find out if. Y pain was coming from a spinal problem. I was told to go to physical therapy. No testing exrays or mri.

The staff and doctor are very rude condescending and unhelpful. The staff was equally as rude as the doctor. She has no bedside manner, which I could overlook except she also didnt listen to me.. and just to be clear i was looking for her to perhaps request a mri. She could care less, for a Cleveland Clinic dr, she does not fit the credibility nor reputation that Cleveland clinic is knownto be

She has a no nonsense approach. Cuts me off in the middle of a question and will definitely scold me for my weight and keeping her staff too long, even though my statement was about my condition. I would have liked more information on a procedure that requires procedures prior to the one to help my pain. She cut me off stating we’ll discuss that when the time approaches. I feel like I should set a timer so I’m not overstepping my required time. This is also a Cleveland Clinic negative on the whole.

This is my first negative comment about a Doctor in my 80 years. Dr Rosenquist has absolutely no bedside manner and is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Seriously, I don t write negative reviews.
I told her office I needed a pain management Spector here in ohio to get shots for my arthritis in my back. They asked for info from my Florida dr. My Florida dr faxed over 5 years of procedures I have received and reports from 3 mri’s crrvical thoracic and lumbar. Dr Rosenquist office said it would b about 5 weeks till I could see her. I told them I was in pain and needed a shot. They then told me the needed the detailed procedure the fl dr used. The fl dr faxed me a full detail of the procedure with a cover letter saying “if your Ohio dr needs anything else have them call me” I have reports showing dr R office received these faxed but when I got to my appt expecting to get a shot after weeks of waiting I was told they didn t get the info they needed yet her assistant was reading the info from the computer screen. I asked to see dr Rosenquist to see what was going on and when she walked in she was EXTREMELY rude. I started to tell her what was going on and she said I LL DO THE TALKING she said she never got the info so I asked her why her assistant said she did and was reading it from the screen. I was told they could not give me the shot and in so many words I had to start over after weeks of waiting , in pain, to see her. I asked her to release me as her patient and left. She still remained rude after that and left me in the room with my wife and sent a nurse to escort us out. I hope The Clinic which I respect somehow sees this and calls me. Thank you

She was sweet looking, but acted like a tyrant. She raised her voice the entire time in a controlling way and hurt me. I cried twice. I am older. I have had chronic diseases, for decades. RA, Sjogren's Syndrome, Vasculitis, Fibromyalgia, and more. NO doctor ever treated me so rude, heartless, and down right mean. Her staff was perfect and kind! As were the greeters when you entered Twinsburg, Cleveland Clinic. She did not explain her testing with her sharp little fingers like a bullet. I have bruises all up and down my legs, arms, and spine. I am in such pain now. I only had two pain Rx for an entire year. I endure pain, but will take a half, when I am hurting so bad, and use other aids, like ice, heat. I have gone to doctors, I like more some more than others, this is normal. I broke my wrist, had a plate put in, never cried. Deliberate meanness is unacceptable.
My Doctor was Joseph J Meli, he retired. He was a perfect doctor for me and hundreds of other. Over the decades, sure I have seen doctors less than nice, but his one, is a new breed.
She wanted me to go to her new...doctor referrals. Why… to see if they are as unkind and hurtful as she? I will never go back to Twinsburg Cleveland Clinic...ever, I would have followed through on her other suggestions for that clinic, but never again. She is an anesthesiologist. Why did I go to her? God help me, I want to save another who is in pain. Ellen Rosenquist was the worst doctor I have seen in fifty years. She is so mean and hurtful. I have never written a bad review, but I see, I am not alone in my feelings. I am sorry to have been unkind in my review, but this should be reported to others who may suffer. Sorry. Check doctors and Hospital reports...first. I always had before her.
Bless you in your search for pain management, as we all are doing now.

I highly recommend Dr. Rosenquist. She is kind, compassionate, but no nonsense, which I like. On pain injections, she has great hands and is able to do the injections with MINIMAL discomfort and no narcotics (which I also like) so that I can drive myself to/from appts and procedures. If you are looking to get a quick drug fix, she is not your doc.

I had neck surgery and ended up with nerve damage. My 1st pain mgmt dr tried several things and ended up wanting to do a surgery that I was not comfortable with. I seeked a 2nd opinion. I went to see Dr. Ellen. She seemed to be thorough while examining me. She then said it was more my muscle so she suggested physical therapy. That was it! She told me to come back in a few months. She also said if I wanted her to be my doctor that I needed to sign off my reports from the first dr, which I never did. I tried to make the physical therapy appt and was told that I needed papers from Dr. Ellen. (she never gave me any!). So, I called. I was put on hold for 15 min. I hung up. Another day, I called again. Again, I was put on hold for another 15 min. I hung up again. This ticked me off. I then seeked help from a 3rd pain management dr. Found out that in Ohio, I can only see 3 pain mgmt drs in a 3 yr period! They were counting Dr. Ellen! I never agreed for her to be my dr! She never wrote me up anything...not even for physical therapy! She basically screwed me! She will never be recommended by me!
