On July 29th I had a meeting with Dr. Buch. The next week I had questions about the procedures he suggested. The office set-up a time for him to call me. He did. They did not tell me that the call back, which lasted 8 minutes, would cost $670.00. It so happened that I still had one question which I didn't ask. So I texted for him to get back to me. He didn't; his nurse texted me. Her explanation was childish. She said all patients are different. Never addressed my concern. I texted the office and expressed my concern. The outcome: the good doctor had an office person tell me he doesn't want me as a patient. He said he would speak to me but decided not to. All this because as a sick senior I dared to ask my MD call or text me an answer to my question. In my 20 years as a patient with UCLA I never ran into such an arrogant, pompous "doctor." All of my doctors at UCLA get along fine with me. And I had and have many. If this is how he treats patients , then find another profession. Read Less

Dr. Buch is an amazing doctor. When I first met him, I found him to be kind, knowledgeable and caring. He made me feel secure and confident. I am very grateful to have met Dr. Buch & highly recommend him without reservation. He has been a blessing!!!
