Getting Frustrated. Why is it that when I Call to make an appointment or For my Dr. To Phone in my Refills? It's always2-3 days for him to call me? All he has to do is Pick-Up the phone and call the Pharmacist to make the refill. I Like my Dr. But Lately it's been getting bad. Like today, I Called and receptionist said if you need a refill and you are out of your meds Go to your Pharmacy for Emergency supply, But guess what? They said to go to a Walk-In Clinic to get the meds you need. Do they relize that Walk-In Clinic only accepts 50 People at a time, And by the time you get there it's too late. I Know Dr's are busy But come on a phone call only takes a couple of minutes.

Dr. Khan is always willing to take the time to explain things in a clear and concise manner. I find his personal connection to patients to be excellent. He in compassionate and kind.

He listens. He helps me understand. His dignostic methods have been good for me. The days of doctor/patient ratio that can allow for longer appointment time is gone. Until there are more doctors and fewer patients, it will be difficult for the doctors and their patients.

I find Dr. Khan generally professional, but tends to rush you. He is a good diagnostician, but it would be nice if he teated the patient, as well as the symptoms. One issue per short visit is not very helpful. And it's OK to be friendly.

He wants you in and out in the least time possible. Can’t have a conversation with him. Only 1 thing at a time. Phone appointments he likes to keep under 37 seconds

Agree with many of the unflattering posts here. Oh so very sad! Condescending, arrogant, and truly thinks that his time is more precious than yours.

Doesn’t take his female patients seriously. Sexist and rude. Brushes everything off/ refuses to help diagnose anything or even look into it just tells you you’re wrong. Will drop a patient for any reason he can think of. If you’re a man he might be alright but if you’re not then he’s a terrible doctor!

I have been seeing this doctor since I was a child. I am now in my late 20's. For in person appointments you're asked to show up 15 minutes early, just to end up waiting for over an hour anyway. Phone appointments aren't any better. You'll have a scheduled call that never comes on time. Most recently and the worst one yet was me being called 2 days after my scheduled phone appointment.

Neither the doctor or the receptionist disclosed to me that there was going to be a cost of $160 for one of my appointments which involved having paperwork filled out. I wasn't told of the charge until days after the fact and I have been treated poorly because I simply don't have the money to pay that fee.

The doctor himself has treated my ailments in a very non-chalant way and has never cared to dig deeper and find the route of my pains. He also hasn't been helpful for the mental health aspect.

For many years I have been treated as a lesser person and I have been through extra pain and suffering with physical health issues that the doctor has not shown any concern for regardless of how much I try to communicate with him.
