Had serious issues with a procedure Grace Nguyen administered. Had reactions to it and never received any follow-up. She told me she was a perfectionist. She seemed to be more into herself than caring for her patient. I followed up with Dr. Mammino as the situation progressed and I was very unhappy with how I was treated. Left this office and found a caring and helpful doctor and staff.

Dr. Mammino is a wonder doctor. He has taken care of my psoriasis for many years and treats me as one of his family. He always finishes with asking me if I have any other questions. I highly recommend him!

To be concise, let me just list the problems I had with Dr. Mammino's office: Office called me the day before my surgery (at 4pm when they close at 4:30) to cancel. Then the office tried to reschedule me with an out-of-network Doctor despite their insistence that he was in my insurance network. Then, after the surgery, when I went for a follow up appointment they had no record of my scheduled visit. Then, they billed me incorrectly by saying that pathology was included and charging me for it on the date of service. However, they did not pay the pathologist so I got an additional pathology bill (still waiting to resolve). Also, I'm assuming my pathology results are in b/c the bill for pathology is old but no one called to tell me the results of the pathology. I would NOT recommend this Doctor or office!

Very routine kind of doctor. Does not ask leading questions to help you discuss your condition more.

Started seeing Dr Mammino and PA Grace several years ago with history of rosacea. In 2009 was incorrectly diagnosed and received an injection on my face for what Grace thought was a cyst. After Dr. M was contacted because of the disfigurement to my face he also could not determine what was on my face and why I had a reaction to the injection. I had to go to another dermatologist (Dr Coverman)to find out that I had LUPUS. Be careful of the aggressiveness in treatment and the lack of knowledge when dealing with this establishment. It has been a year and I am still trying to treat and hide the scarring from the injection. I have seen 3 plastic surgeons and 2 dermatologists only to be told that I had definite signs of LUPUS and that any dermatologist should have been able to detect this. The bump on my face was never a cyst but a lupus flare. I trusted these physicians and what I ended up with was a scarred face.

Very dissatisified with medical treatment - Mole was removed from back and it grew back in a relatively short period of time. Also, very dissatisfied with staff - had to pre-pay more than insurance plan called for ("pay, or you can't see the doctor"). Account was closed and no refund was made.

This the doctor of dreams. Please dont cofuse him with his PA. (who is a quack and a pompous jerk). Dr. M is tall and thin with dark hair and glasses. If you see the other guy...RUN. Have seen Dr. M for over 5 years and he is great to his patients and his staff.

I waited an hour to see Grace Nguyen , the Physician Assistant. She spent only 2 minutes in the room with me. I didn't get to ask her any questions because she was in a rush to leave. I was very disappointed, especially after waiting an hour to see her. I won't go back to this doctor.

Great doctor who is very thorough and takes the time to explain his diagnosis and details of treatment options. His obvious concern for his patients is a credit to his profession. His staff was very considerate and thorough as well.
