Was not impressed at all. Couldn’t answer my questions. Didn’t review my data before seeing me. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I loved Dr. Granese. She delivered my daughter. There were complications, but Dr. Granese and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Everything went well and I'm so happy with the whole experience.

Dr. Granese was very informative and helpful. I'm normally a little nervous going into appointments, but she quickly put me at ease. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and she answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly. She is an awesome Doctor and I would definitely recommend her.

A doctor should readily speak to you about your conditions without having to pry answers out of them... Unfortunately, that is how most of my visits went with Dr. Granese went. She explained very little and I often left the office confused. If you are healthy and need only need a gynecologist for routine check ups and pap smears, I suppose she would be fine. If you are looking for a doctor to take care of you long term for gynecological disorders/syndromes, I suggest that you go elsewhere. On the plus side, the other staff and women at the desk are very nice and personable.

Dr. Granese was absolutely amazing. I have had health issues for a long time and was very impressed with her bed side manner. She seems extremely educated, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable, and accomodate your needs. She will definitely be my permanent obgyn. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a very pleasant person and I have had a great experience from day 1.

I'm surprised to see so many poor ratings for Granese. I've seen her for 3 years, through a high risk pregnancy with a precipitous birth. She is nothing but knowledgeable, with EXCELLENT bedside manner. She explains everything without prompting. She is caring and very concerned about preventive measures for female health problems. I do think they overbook her calendar, so you can wait for a very long time at your appointment. To remedy this issue, book their earliest appointments in the day. I would recommend any of my girlfriends to Granese!

I liked Dr. Granese, although I waited over two hours for my surgery - thru no fault of hers I was told. Maybe they shouldn't schedule surgeries that close together. What was worse -- I had gone in to see her prior to my surgery, handed the front office lady my debit card. It was given back to me with the comment: "You don't need to pay, since this is a pre-op visit". I was later billed my copay, and disputed the charge. I was told that the lady in the front had no right to tell me not to pay, and I had to pay regardless. Subsequently, I sent a personal and confidential letter to Dr. Granese, ALONG WITH MY FULL PAYMENT, letting her know that this was a matter of principle, and I would imagine that keeping me as a patient would be worth rectifying the issue. It never happened! I can assume, Dr. Granese never saw the letter, but will assume that she did, since it was marked personal and confidential. I am no longer a patient. Disappointing! Could easily hav been fixed by her.

Dr Granese abandoned me in the hospital. I dont know if it was her paging service or her. But also I have left several messages with her service..just to never get a response back. They also say theyre open at lunch all the time, but theyre not. They wont answer the phone, and they take group lunches for the employees..to the detriment of their waiting patients.
