Visit with Dr Machado Jr himself, 5 minutes.
Office time 3 hours! ZERO communication from office staff regarding time frame for Dr visit;
2)"Out to Lunch" sign up, while morning patients sat in the waiting area, without instructions;
3)Calls to office: NO answer available by a person
4) Calls for meds to pharmacy- well, we don't know when will be done.
Poor office management of the lowest level.

The practice of Dr., Machado is experimental. A medicine that was prescribed by him was removed from the last because I did inform the administrative assistant that was it questioned by the pharmacy.. The new medicine that he prescribed had negative effects on my kidneys.,

Amazing Doctor, truly cares about his patients and always does the right thing. It is reassuring as a patient to go through life knowing you have a doctor like this. I would recommend him to anyone.

What a human being. My mother's dr. Treats her with kindness and respect, and so patient when she does not understands things thoroughly. Also compasionate and friendly towards my dad, concerned about them both.

Dr. Machado is incredibly knowledgeable, but he is a rarity in that he can simply avoid the jargon and medical-ese that less competent doctors use to protect themselves from their insecurities. He explains things in a very educational, reassuring and easy to understand fashion. He also brings another very rare characteristic: he is truly caring and passionate about his patients well-being. He was instrumental in helping save my mother's life after complications from surgery. I thank him for that but also for the way he worked with the entire stressed and emotional family through the care and recovery process.
