The dental hygienist in this office attempted to force services on me that I did not need without seeing my previous records and without the dentist checking my teeth. This service would have had a long term, expensive impact on me. I would never go to this office again. Before following their advice please get a second opinion. I would rate them a negative number but it isn't an option.

Like other reviewers, I was told many of my older silver fillings were failing after years of wear and tear and would need crowns. I agreed to the treatment and we proceeded. I went back numerous (four or more) times to get my bite corrected after having the crowns done. Not one time did it ever get resolved. We moved to another state due to my husband's job and here I am not even 2 years later needing to have BOTH crowns replaced b/c they are not seated correctly. My whole left side of my face hurts, it hurts every time I chew. And the kicker, my insurance will NOT cover the cost of having the crowns properly fixed b/c it is within 8 years of being done. So now I either cough up $2,600 to have Dr. Lindsay Sammon's poor work done properly or I suffer in pain. You can see inbetween my gums and the crown. Food is always stuck. What is left of my tooth will rot until I can afford to fix it. What Dr. Lindsay Sammons set out to "correct," she made horribly worse! Also, my husband visited her on my recommendation and he has issues with every single filling/tooth she worked on.

She and her staff is very knowledgable. She explained to me that many oft older silver fillings were failing after years of wear and tear and would need crowns. Yes, other dentist didnt say I needed crowns but my old dentist was very old school and was not up to date. I disagree with some of the other comments. You have to remember, you get what you pay for.

They will try to crown everything if you let them which are costly. Every tooth they work on does not need crowns as advised by other dentist.

If you want a dentist who is nice this is the one for you. However if you're looking for experience this is lacking. Some of the assistants are good others need customer service training.

I completely disagree with the review below. I found Dr. Sammons to be extremely caring and very helpful when I have experienced pain or dental problems. Her staff is friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend her!

My bills were constantly messed up. I was billed for procedures that were payed for in full up front (once i exhausted my insurance funds) - and i would think it'd be all taken care of via multiple calls to their office & and even having face to face meetings with the staff, and then i'd recieve another bill in the mail. The billing problems went on for 6 months. And then on top of the billing issues i've had problems with two of my crowns that Dr. Sammons put in for me and had to have a root canal done on one within 8 months of the tooth being crowned (I was told that she would not replace the crown for me at no cost - which was shocking to a few other dentists that i spoke to about this). When i started having problems with my second crown I called her office (after stating i was in a lot of pain) & was told that she would'nt call me in an RX because technically i was no longer an "active" patient. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy!
