Dr. Aldo Venier was my dentist since I was about 10 years old. I once needed a root cannel when I was 19 and could not afford the proceedure. Dr. Venier did this at no charge and said that maybe one day I could do something for him. He never took me up on the offers that I put forward. He did accept a bottle of wine some years later. I have so much respect for this gentleman and his family and now enjoy the care of his sons. Thank you Dr. Venier!

I had a cap post put in by Dr. Venier when I was an older teen. My front tooth was partially chipped playing hockey. The post became loose and eventually the cap fell out. I scheduled an appnmt and went back to Dr Venier's office and told the front receptionist that the posted cap had come off after only six months and I shouldn't have to pay for it again. Later on, when leaning back in his dental chair, and prepped, he said "...what's this about not wanting to pay?" and "..I can't guarantee this cap will stay in forever.". I offered my responses the best I could despite all the dental instruments in my mouth. at the end of the appnmt, he begrudgingly allowed me not to have to pay, but he was clearly consumed with the financial aspect, rather than his patient's health. Since then, I've never returned and have referred to him as Dr. Cash Register.

My family and I have had our dental needs taken care of by Aldo Venier and his team since they opened their office on Marshall road. Aldo set the standard and everyone followed his positive example. We have always been treated with care and respect. I am astounded at some of these negative comments about the staff. In all of my many, many visits over all of these years, while in the waiting room, I have never seen or experienced anything but the utmost professionalism. I have never hesitated to recommend this dental practice to my friends and family. Since Aldo has retired, I am cared for by Dr Mike Hoffard and I could not be happier with my treatment. Keep in mind, we are not all perfect and anyone of us can have a bad moment or two. Sometimes we get back what we give!

Aldo Venier has been my dentist all my life (23 years) and I have no complaints about him what so ever. He is very kind, gentle and truly cares about his patients. The instant you feel the slightest bit of pain, he stops working. He talks me through the procedure as the dentist makes me nervous (i hate needles). I recommend him to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Verier for 14 years. I was originally told about him through someone at work who was terrified of going to the dentist ,and said he is fantastic.I booked an appointment with him and my family has been with him ever since.Dr. Venier makes you feel like part of the family, he is truly caring and excellent at what he does, I almost like going to the dentist now!

Dr. Aldo Venier is an excellent dentist in the "4C" mold: capable, caring, confident and charismatic. One only has to read the reviews on this site to get an idea of the impression he leaves on all his patients - not just those of the female persuasion - while his character is reflected quite noticeably in his two dentist sons and also in seemingly every staff member in the clinic. Furthermore, it has been said that true success can be measured in what your customers say about you (and/or your business) to others, and whether or not they keep coming back. I do believe the other reviews here cover both benchmarks rather convincingly. I'd love to know how many of his patients have been coming back to him for 20, 30, or even 40 years! Keep up the great work, Dr AJV!
