Like Dr. Yeoham very much, but her staff leaves much to be desired. There is no urgency about calling patients back, or providing lab results. No one seems to be in charge of the staff.

Dr. Yeoham is great. Her staff, on the other hand, leave much to be desired. It's hard to get appointments, and her staff are unhelpful and unsympathetic. When I'm sick, it doesn't do any good to have a great doctor if I can get an appointment with her (or anyone in her office).
