When I developed a pinched nerve I couldn't find a doctor to treat it. I never had been to a chiropractor but with no other treatment options. With the first visit he had me feeling well enough I could move the leg. He took great care and listened with concern and helped me re over. Thre years later I'm seeing him for another back problem which I'm quickly recovering from. I have only had to wait about 10 min for a couple of Apts. If I get there early I just walk right in and he's waiting on me.

OMG I have been Neurologist since 2015 for migraines, he then referred me to a pain management specialist (Mr. Gloom and Doom) which put me on drugs and stated not to move my neck. I refused to go to a Crackopractor until my sister said she is going to a great Chiropractor that is helping her greatly. The only draw back is he lives 3 hrs (one way) for me. So off I go to see him. He is not a cracker as you would think he is very gentle when he cracks my neck. He has provided me with supplements that helps the heart and blood pressure since I have had open heart surgery. I have never felt rushed that is why he running a little behind sometimes cause he will take the time for his patient if you ask the questions. I have been to him 5 times so far and am very pleased with the progress. I will continue to take the beautiful drive until I no longer have my migraines (It's worth it to me). He has also suggested books that help me with using my mind to heal my pain cause I have always been into self help books since therapy doesn't help. He is an overall Jack of all trades. He might even talk to animals. LOL. JK (Great Guy)

I think Dr. Hess is great. He runs on a tight schedule because he's helping so many people. And if you need more time, you can always schedule more. His prices are incredibly reasonable and so even scheduling twice the amount of time wouldn't be a blow. His appointments are very efficient and he takes care of his patients' needs promptly, at least as far as I'm concerned. He's also smart, easy going, and effective.

Love Dr Hess, but he ia always running behind and is very rushed, he tries to get back on schedule but feels like he is rushing you out of the office, wish he wouldn't schedule so many pts so close together....

Awesome Doctor!! He is very knowledgeable in many, many things; very friendly, smart and apologetic if running behind. He fixed my neck and back problems and he is more than happy to talk to you about nutrition and health! His office staff is great and funny!!! Dr. Hess is very knowledgeable in all the supplements he sells and will take the time to explain how they work and why they are better than others.

Dr Hess is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable (check out his impressive website) and not too arrogant, for a doctor. He'll even apologize if you've been kept waiting, which doesn't happen often. He'll answer all your questions without too much attitude, although he stops working and stares off into space while answering, which cuts your treatment time even shorter. Even with all the good things I've said about him, and the fact that he made my (minor) back problem feel better, I stopped going because the treatment time is a brief fifteen minutes, with no warmup of the muscles to be worked, and I often felt rushed out of there. As I said, he's happy to talk about any topic, but his hands stop when his mouth starts. If he would just add five minutes to the alloted visit (I'd be happy to pay more!), it would be a big improvement. But it was just too frustrating to go to him, and sometimes I left without feeling any better, but knew there was no time left for more adjustment.
