This is the most dysfunctional medical clinic & doctor that I've ever encountered.The staff are rude & difficult to book an appointment with.The doctor cancells his appointments constantly & never addresses the patients needs or consideration for wasted time.Getting him to fax or call over meds refills is almost impossible as he walks off without doing it saying next time which never happens.He canceled my first 2 appointments & ended up waiting almost a month to get meds refills & literally had to fight to get that done as well as he missed seceral meds. TOOK several days to get that done.In November cancelled several appointments & in December 5 canceled appointments in the first 3 wks.If there were ratings that were in negatives he get the worst ever. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone for any reason.Go to a walkin but don't go to Murthis office ever. Hes a irresponsible & nasty person that shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine anywhere period.I had my interview in September & within 3 months want nothing to do with him ever again.

Horrible experience.
Was seeing him in late 2022 he sent me for tests then in January of 2023 got a call from them canceling my appointment. I kept calling to see when he would be back in to book another appointment they said they would call me. I just got a call in July and went to see him just to be told I had to take my Sandals off to enter the office.. I refuse to go barefoot. Not even in my own house. They gave me attitude and told me to reschedule. I will not be back. Worst practice ever. Rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars.. I would.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST DR IVE EVER SEEN!!! DONT GO TO HIM!!! Always canceling appointments and don't you dare tell him you don't want to see a Dr all the time cause he will get his extremely rude receptionists to call you and tell you he no longer wants to see you anymore. I asked why and was told because you said you don't want to see all Dr all the time then hang up on you lol. The place is an absolute joke and waste of your time. My wife, our baby and I sat there for over an hour to get in and he's unprofessional and to be completely blunt sucks at his job. The worst 2 visits we ever had a at a Dr in my life. Should of listened to all the other terrible reviews about him. Yes he may be the only Dr accepting patients in gp but there's a reason why for sure. Disgusted our health care system even let's him practice!!!

Staff was very useless. Been trying to get in to see him since July, told repeatedly that they would phone me and book. Finally got an appointment, showed up for it this morning and they said that they phoned and left a message, which they did not. Then told me that they wont be able to help me and to go to a walk in clinic. This place is a joke.

He was on time, ask questions, as I am a new patient. He staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Another bad review, our daughter is 4 months old, has never seen her doctor, he keeps rescheduling her. Six times in two months. I could go on and on, but everybody has done that for me.

This man is an embarrassment to the profession. Every appointment is canceled; his staff are rude and unknowledgable; he is incompetent when you do finally see him. Absolute waste of time! You will get better care at any of the walkin options in the city.

Terrible. Three appointments over almost three months, all canceled. The first two canceled the morning of the appointment. The last one canceled while I sat in the waiting room. Health link is better than this dude.
