I went in as a walk in patient for my very first time and was amazed with the care I received from the minute i walked through the door from the receptionist to seeing Dr. Onwukwe, he was very aware of my concerns and explained very well to me towards my treatment plan

Walked in with my son today to see Dr. Onwukwe. He was very calm and understanding when it came to asking my son about his pain and went on to explain to him what was going on. Very knowledgeable.

Ladies at the fromt desk were very welcoming and polite. Dr. Onwukwe was very considerate and didn’t rush through diagnosis. He explained very well what was the cause to my daughter’s illness and now feeling much better!

I feel like every time I leave after a visit I am more disappointed than when I came in. Not only do they overbook and make you wait a painfully long time even with an appointment, Dr. Victor does not take the time to understand your ailments. Instead of providing any feedback he will sit there pecking away on his keyboard and not even listen to you. Also will not even mention what he wants to try. Just says to meet him at the counter and hands over a prescription without telling you anything about it. Very unprofessional.
