The waiting time is ridiculous, and it's difficult to get answers to questions.

Long waits every time we see this doctor. Over an hour late eve with the first appointment of the day.

I would never recommend going to here for Urology. When a patient is recommended by a family Dr. To see this doctor for a second opinion for Urology problems and this Urologist cancels the appointment without even seeing the patient and basically says they should just go to another Urologist because he doesn't know is extremely
concerning to me. I've never heard of a Dr. Canceling an appointment without even seeing them when they were supposed to be a referral and second opinion. Definately not good medical practice. The office is also extremely rude on the phone. I've never given reviews before but, in my opinion I would never go there.

Although Dr Wilks is a very good dr his wait time is terrible. I have not had an appointment that didn’t make me wait at least an hour in the exam room before he came in. At the last one I waited 2 hrs in the exam room before a nurse came in to say I was next. I left after telling her that I wouldn’t be back...ever. Talking to patients is good but don’t over schedule!!

Dr. Wilks is an outstanding doctor you may be a little late sometimes but that's only because he's taking the time that's necessary to perform his job in the best possible manner

Get an early appointment because you will be waiting a long time otherwise. He has a fantastic bedside manner and will take all the time necessary to address your questions for your situation. He's worth the wait.

Dr. Wilks is the best doctor I have ever seen. He does spend a lot of time with patients and can get behind, but he is so kind, considerate and knowledgeable. His staff is also wonderful. His nurses and receptionist are always willing to listen and help no matter how busy they are. I would absolutely recommend this doctor.

Takes a long time with his patients. Ask him anything and everything and he throughly explains. Good idea to get early appointment because of the time he takes with each patient, by the end of the day he gets really backed up.
