Dr Ghannie is horrible. She only wants your money and will perform unnecessary procedures to get it. She & her staff will bill you & your insurance for services you didn't have done and dates that you didn't even visit. She has zero interest in your dental health. She will even do things that will cause you pain (like allow obvious cavities to rot and turn into a more serous condition such as a root canal) and then and then charge you to make the pain go away. She is incompetent and shouldn't even be practicing dentistry. Stay far away from her.

Dr. Ghannie is the absolute WORST dentist I have ever experienced. She exhibits absolutely no concern for you as a person or a patient. Has never used my name in over 3 years of visits. Never explains anything she is doing while working on you. Treats you as if you are in a coma and whines to her assistants about various office matters instead of focusing on you the patient. Extremely unprofessional. You will not want to entrust your dental health tthis one.

I came in with an emergency, and I had already been going to see Faye(wonderful person) oh yeah and Dr.Ghannie for my gum disease. When I arrived Dr.Ghannie seemed to not even remember me. Then she barely even spoke to me.She did a filling and appeared to be aggravated. I cried because it was soo painful and she finished and walked off.But they took time to walk me to the front desk for me to pay

I was a patient of Dr. Ghannie for over three years and she still had to look at my chart to know my name. She had no time for eye contact or conversation because she was quick to come in the room, take a quick glance at my teeth, and then walked out in less than five minutes. I didn't expect her to become my best friend, but a little chair-side manner would have been appreciated. She just couldn't be bothered.

Dr. Ghannie is the absolute best dentist I have ever encountered. She operates with the utmost professionalism and treated me with respect at all times. She knows her stuff, and explained things to me in such a way that I understood exactly what I was in for.

Please be very cautious when using Nanston Dental Group. Hands down the worst dental experience ever! If you like being a #, a $ sign and herded like a cow, make an appointment with Nanston. Now on to Dr. Fazeela Ghannie, she did a crown for me in April of 2009. After grinding the porcelain crown for well over an hour and in and out pulls and pushes on an exposed tooth, I was sent out of the office with a marshmallow shaped crown that I was not happy with, but glad to be done with the experience (or so I thought). Looking at the crown in the rear view mirror on the way home, I noticed that my new $900 crown had what looked to be a silver filling in the middle. Dr Ghannie had ground it to the metal base and sent me home with it! Second try and as long and painful as the first. With the second impression taken from the first marshmallow, you can only imagine how it looked. Well five months later it broke. Am I crazy to go back? Nanston will give it another try... But not Dr. Ghannie!
