If you're pregnant with a history of mental health problems this is your warning. Find any doctor but this one! Not only did Dr. Wahid never bother asking me about my mental health even though I was being prescribed anxiety medication when I went under her "care" but she also insisted I dangerously stop my medication abruptly. Having basic common sense I had my psychiatrist taper me off which only led to Dr. Wahid treating me like a drug addict, having me submit to drug tests. Going off my medication with her refusal to prescribe any pregnancy safe substitutes caused me to regress immensely. I began having severe panic attacks. I called her office on several occasions begging for help and she was nothing but negligent. All she kept saying was to go to therapy which I've already been doing for the past 13 years. My anxiety has now turned into depression and I'm having a hard time finding a doctor that will give me real prenatal care instead of just ultrasounds. Not to mention the random bursts of negativity I experience at every visit. "Just because your tests come back fine doesn't mean the baby wont have problems" that's a direct quote from Dr. Wahid. Why she would say that to a first time mom with anxiety is beyond me and it borders on emotional abuse. I always leave the office feeling anxious and judged for things that are out of my control. I don't feel safe with Dr. Wahid. Her complete disregard for mental health makes her unqualified and I am praying I'm able to find a new doctor. I never understood why a woman would opt out of prenatal care until experiencing this.

This Doctor should not be practicing medicine anymore!!! My wife was high- risk because of her age and this woman recommended on multiple occasions that her partner does termination of pregnancy…not just once but multiple times over 3 visits this was mentioned. I don’t believe in this but just the fact that it mentioned to her so many times made me very aggravated! The waiting times are ridiculous and she doesn’t take the time to review her patients charts. One time my wife heard she asking her assistant “what are we doing with this one?” This was 2 seconds before she opened the door to check my wife!!! Really! Who does that?? Anyway we are with Institute of Womens Health and Body and the care she receives there is just exceptional!!! My wife needed surgery at 26weeks pregnant for an ovarian cyst and her OB has hands of God because she came out healthy and the no harm was done to the baby. We are at 32 weeks and waiting for when our family would expand. I don’t think she would have survived under the care of Dr Wahid. Someone needs to take away her license.

DR Wahid and her Staff are such nice and professional people, I would recommend her to my friends and family. She takes her time with you, even though the wait can be a little long at times, but its worth it.

Dr.Wahid Anila and her staff is only there for a pay check!
- Makes you wait 2 hours to see her! to be completely UNPREPARED for the visit, does thing at last minute.
-Dr. Wahid, would say I am a HIGH RISK PATIENT, that my body maybe going through a miscarriage and she will refer me to another doctor that would be able help me better then her.
- Her office called to tell me days before Christmas about a positive blood result, that turned out to be a FALSE POSITIVE! When I told them they were wrong. I was told that they would to talk to the specialist to see over those results. They NEVER did! as well as she suddenly didn't have the most recent paper work of my healthy history. ( I REMEMBER DOING WITH HER STAFF! ) to me look like a liar! ( I HAVE NEVER BEEN THE ONE TO WITH HOLD OR LIE ABOUT MY MEDICAL HISTORY FROM ANY DOCTOR, I AM NOT SCARED TO LET ANYONE KNOW OF MY PAST! ) I want the best help for my self and my baby.
- The Staff is COMPLETELY CARELESS! and VERY RUDE! The Staff charged me a copay for 145$ ! WHILE THEY HAD MY INSURE ON FILE, THAT COVERED FOR IT!
-Dr. Wahid had once said " I won't tell you cant smoke weed but I wont tell you should. There inst enough evidence to prove it would hurt your baby, and lots of woman smoke." I HAD STOPPED CONSUMING TCH/CBD for my baby!! ( no judgement to the moms who still consume! ) However I was told I was positive for thc, ( I'm aware thc stay in your system for up to 30 days or longer depending on the person and use. )
-As soon as I discussed about not wanting her as my doctor. To refer me to another doctor she once talked about, She suddenly was "UNABLE" get a hold of another doctor or hospital! She then directed the conversation back to me being positive for thc that Child Services would get involve to talk to me. ( she acts if I'm still using! ) I am only 2 months pregnant, My baby is HEALTHY and I am NOT GOING THROUGH A MISCARRIAGE like she informed! HER AND THE STAFF IS NOTHING BUT STRESS WORRY ON YOU! AND THE BABY!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! SHE NEEDS HER LICENSE TAKEN AWAY!!

THE LIFE OF 2 WERE PUT IN THE LINE. 2 LIVES.

Even though, I contacted her she still said it was not urgent and not to worry about.
This was after being informed that my wife's platelets, hemoglobin, red and white cells were low.

My wife was left in the dark about her blood work for 31 days. 31 days that she could have received proper medical attention if she was taken care properly by her main OBGYN Dr.Wahid Anila.

-This office is always busy. It seems like they are helping more people that what they can.
-They are always rushing to help or resolve issues.
-It takes more time to see Dr.Wahid than the time she spent with my pregnant wife.

I would not recommend future mothers to go to this place. These are Facts not personal opinions or defamations.

She is nice but the wait is long. I had a miscarriage and she gave me a false sense of hope by having me wait a few days after first appointment with her after being in the er to tell me I had a miscarriage

Dr.Wahid Anila shouldn't be practicing medicine, Total Garbage Health of Plantation . Irresponsible people and careless . Pregnant women don't go there my wife was not treated right. Careless health care provider. Be aware. They treat people just like numbers . I m sure they are improving now once I have left all feedbacks .. be scare of this place.
