doesn't listen to patient. Doesn't follow through with what he says. Says things he that he really doesn't plan to really do.

Doctor did not listen to patient, prescribed drugs that patient told Doctor she had had adverse reactions to in the past, was slow to send in prescriptions to pharmacy, and fill time was delayed due to Doctor's incompetence in writing prescription correctly.

Courteous, professional, punctual (so far). Uses hand sanitizer. Thorough, explains things well and takes a conservative approach. Is not quick to prescribe meds if not absolutely necessary, but will offer non-drug options to try, if prudent. He listened to my issues and took my concerns seriously. The office staff is pleasant. So far, so good.
