The care I received at Dr. Rochlins office was negligent and results grotesque. I went in to see Dr. Rochlin based on the nice staff, unfortunately the result working with Dr. Rochlin were large cyst like bumps on my face that required the services of two other doctors to remove. Both Doctors said her procedure was essentially , 'negligence' and calling what she did a mistake called, "Filler Bumps". Essentially in public they looked like cyst on my face. When I called their office and sent pictures of the large protrusions and asked for a refund, the staff did not disagree that Rochlin was negligent or made an error , but sternly said, they would not give a refund "because I signed a form which essentially gave Dr. Rochlin rights to make ANY error - mistake - create any negligence .... and the form I signed allowed her to do that without any recourse. The staff sounded 'as if' this type of issue was a regular occurrence. The way they handled the complaint sounded very routine. There was no apology, no concern except that the doctor keep the money. I saw some good reviews , when I tried to post my experience on the other site, they had stopped accepting reviews for Rochlin so my guess is those reviews were cherry picked.

Find a different plastic surgeon!!!
Dr rochlin did my tummy tuck and I'm so embarrassed by the results. I'm in a bathing suit in Hawaii now, with my tummy fully covered, the opposite of what I was hoping for.
My procedure was two years ago, April 2016. When it was done, my belly-button was off-center and 2 1/2 inches tall. She said it would be an innie, but it's the biggest ugliest, outie you've ever seen. It literally protrudes from my stomach.
And then there were my stitches. They were made of barbed suture material. Rather than dissolving inside me, they made multiple sores in my incision and worked their way out of my body, until my scar looked like I had been cut open by a chain-saw. I cannot express to you the pain I went through during this "healing" process that took months. I have pictures of all of it, but Yelp won't let me post them.
In October of 2016, I went for my 3rd or 4th post-op and she said everything looked beautiful. I told her I was unhappy with all of it and she reassured me I looked great. It wasn't until I burst into tears, crying about my humongous belly-button and the fact that my scar looked like a chain-saw wound that she finally listened to me and understood I wasn't happy. I had told her multiple times, but she just poo-pooed it all away and said everything would be fine.
She scheduled me for an in office scar revision. I didn't get completely numb. There was a section on my right hip where I could still feel. SHE DID THE PROCEDURE ANYWAY!!! I could feel all of the cutting, scraping and stitching in that area and it was EXCRUCIATING!! I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but that was insanity.
While she was re-doing my belly-button, I asked her to make it as small as she could. Her assistant assured me it was tiny and dainty. ---It's still an inch and a half tall and protrudes from my belly---

Which is why I'm lying here in the sun, in Hawaii, wearing a full piece swimming suit.
I have friends who have had tummy tucks since mine who look amazing.
I REALLY wish I had gone with another doctor.
ANY other doctor...

Her staff is actually very nice, but this site won't let me rate my experience as a 1, so I put 1s on everything.
I also really like Dr. Rochlin on a personal level, which is why I chose her. I have learned my lesson.

This doctor literally almost killed my daughter. Sent her home overly medicated. My daughter stopped breathing in my car less than 15 minutes after being discharged, even after I had told them several times I didn't think she was awake enough to leave. It was very traumatic to say the least. Then did very poorly in providing care after she was revived. Showed little concern for anything other than what it would do to her reputation.

Absolutely inept. Does not listen or follow simple instructions. It is key that your provider listens to your concerns. Stay away from this office if you have any self respect. This so called Dr made an absolute mess of a juvederm treatment on my face injection site scars lumpy swollen appearance. Just unprofessional in all aspects of treatment. Did not even refund my money. Do not walk from this place RUN....

I came across Dr. Rochlin by chance, I complimented a 50 year plus woman who didn't look a day over 30. After asking the famous "What's your secret?" question, she proudly said she owed it all to Dr. Rochlin. After sharing my unhappy stories with her on the "mall medspa's" she recommended giving Dr. Rochlin a try. Like most women, I want to fight the aging process the best I can so I thought I would give it one more chance and I am so glad I did. Dr. Rochlin has been doing my Botox for the last few years. Not only is she a remarkable plastic surgeon but she has a beautiful heart. Her face just lights up when she talks about her other passion, her rescue dogs. That beautiful heart is visible the first time you meet her. She truly cares about each and every person that walks in her door. Not only am I now THAT person who now gets asked "What's your Secret?" I am THAT person who gets to share the secret.

This office is amazing!! The staff truly care about their patients. I was so pleased with my results and the doctor continues to follow up with me to make sure I am happy. The best bed side manner I have ever had. I would highly recommend this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Rochlin since '08. I WOULD NOT ever see another Cosmetic surgeon but her! Very compassionate, honest, sincere and very very sweet! I have never had a problem with anything and she will tell you straight up if you dont need a procedure. I wish other valley doctors, both physicians and cosmetic surgeons would learn from her. Thats how you keep business! Love her!

Dr. Rochlin is a super-duper doc! She took time to really listen to me and my needs. She is highly professional, but in a down-to-earth manner. Great sense of humor as well! I would recommend her to any and all!

I think Dr. Rochlin is the best!! my reasons our personal because I had taken my adult daughter to several other cosmetic/ plastic surgens in the valley, however they did not feel her condition (tubler breast) would have a good result. So most if not all the other Doctors did not want to or thought it was to much trouble to help her. Dr. Rochlin had the skills to do what no other Dr. wanted to attempt. It has been 2 years since her surgery and my daughter is so happy and thankful for all the time and skills that DR. Rochlin spent with her. thank-you so much Dr. Rocklin is also my hero!! a thankful mother!!
