Dr Rutherford is a very kind and caring doctor. I always feel like my children and myself are in good hands with her. She is also always on time!

As said before it is sad because I really liked her when I first started to see her. Now she is very dismissive and really doesn’t seem to want to listen, the faster she can get out the better. I miss the old Dr Rutherford the one who took the time to listen to you and cared.

Also on time for phone call appointments- and even though we haven’t seen her in person since Covid - we usually get in pretty fast and she is extremely helpful. Also great with our children!

Until today things were going well. During the discussion, she was dismissive. Did not explain side effects of the new meds that were prescribed.

I liked her about 6 years ago but then it was like she stopped caring. Don't think I have seen her since. Always get an intern pretending to be a doctor. I had a complete historectomy and was not prescribed estrogen until I started having depression etc. When I asked to be referred to a hormone specialist she said "why would you want that. You don't have any hormones." Found a new doctor

Was not able to see Dr. Rutherford. Intern ignored what I came in for in the first place. Very disappointing

I have been a patient of Dr. Suzanne Rutherford for nearly ten years! I came to her and within a few days I was called back to see her as I was diagnosed with Glaucoma. I could not be in better hands. Dr. Rutherford and her staff are always in the best disposition to help. I have been so worried about losing my sight but I feel safe because she is so dedicated and committed. Apart from her professionalism she is a wonderful person, kind, gentle and understanding. I have great appreciation for her.

Over the last few years has told me everything I have gone to her with is due to my age. Actually said "we're not getting any younger, are we!" the last time I was in. Will be looking for a new doctor.

When I starting seeing her I found her very helpful and carrying. Now, and for the last few year she doesn't care at all. She is distant, she doesn't really listen to you, she comes across arrogant and that she is doing you a favour by seeing you. It is sad to see how much she changed since she started. Like when she started she really wanted to help you but now she doesn't care at all. I feel she is rushing me out of her office and that I am talking to the walls. I am extremely disappointed and considering changing doctors and hoping to find one that actually has a little time and attention to listen to me.
