Good luck getting an appointment to actually see her. Had several appointments but never saw the actual doctor, she always puts it off onto her assistant. When I emailed her with concerns over swelled feet and asked to see her instead of her assistant, she responded basically go find another doctor. Save yourself a step and look elsewhere. She just doesn't care about her patients.

Very kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable.

First blood work was no drama, in and out (after waiting over a month for the appointment), only to be told that the staff had "missed" a test and would require me to come back and have my blood drawn yet again. This error was told to me after waiting 7 days for my results. After the 2nd time my blood was drawn, waiting 14 days for the results only to be told it is inconclusive. This entire time I'm having trouble doing basic functions like driving or walking let along holding my full time job. The Dr seems to care less about how this is affecting my life. For someone who is supposedly an "expert" in her field I feel I could take a stab in the dark and come up with a better diagnosis than what I've been given here. I am now told I have to have blood drawn yet AGAIN because of this doctor is incompetence in performing her job. Stay away if you need any help immediately!!!

Appt was at 10:20am and saw the doctor at 12:15. No explanation & no apologies. On top of this all the MA got into an argument with me over me being upset that I waited so long. She told me to "Keep it up and you won't see the doctor at all." This was my very first appt, and my last.

Whether or not Dr. Bunner's staff is good or poor is irrelevant if she isn't going to take the time to really understand my health or concerns. She is seemingly not interested in prescribing anything but Synthroid even though I have requested a T3 medication as I am still experiencing hypothyroid symptoms. I have called the office twice and in over a week no one has yet to call me back and you can be sure that IF I get a call back it will NOT be from her. More than likely I will have to call again and right now I am in the process of finding another doctor. I have lived in a state of constant fatigue for too long and I do believe that doctors are too vain to consider that in their profession as well, customer service and satisfaction should be their goal. Dr. Bunner isn't willing to seek out a patient's input for their OWN care. I believe she is a doc who feels threatened when you've researched things and begin to ask for things she hasn't even suggested.
