Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Ponder is fantastic. His office staff is a mixed bag of great and terrible. The lady at the front desk is rude and impatient. This is primarily why I no longer see the Ponders. It's really a shame that they are losing patients due to their staff because they are both fantastic physicians.
