I have COPD, and was diagnosed by a different doctor. He had me on three different inhalants, used every four hours. My primary care doctor recommended Dr. Ortiz, and he examined me, and put me on one inhalant to be used twice per day, and another for emergency. My breathing is 80% better, and I feel like a new person. In my mind, he saved my life.
