Dr. K and her staff deserve an A+. My experience started at the front desk with Ali, Dr. K’s administrator, who helped sort out my complicated insurance issue and who was able to schedule my several visits with patience and aplomb. I had to have extractions prior to implants, and Dr. K’s assistant, Marianne, was an angel who put up with my squeamishness and fear of needles. She was firm, professional, and didn’t mince words (“You must take care of your implants like precious jewels!”). Dr. K herself is brilliant and a whiz with all those pointy instruments, but she’s caring and encouraging and will absolutely tell you the truth about what treatments you need, while remaining understanding about your budget. She literally seems to be enjoying herself while she’s drilling and yanking and fixing things in your mouth, the perfect blend of science and intuition. Last but not least is my hygienist, Vicky, who’s now a reassuring presence to me. I LOVE getting my teeth cleaned now! (One notable kudo is that she doesn’t put the equivalent of a tennis ball in your mouth and then ask you to talk about your weekend. You can’t multitask while Vicky is working her magic on your mouth!) Last but not least is the clinic itself. Although it’s gorgeous (immaculately clean, bright, with a stunning view of the mountain), the prices are absolutely reasonable. I don’t have insurance, so I needed to find a clinic that fit my budget, and Clinique Dentaire la Cité fit the bill. Dr. K. and her staff made my mess of a mouth into a work of art. Clearly, I heartily recommend the entire clinic!

Très bonne expérience avec la Dre Kazemian. Outre le fait que mon opération s'est bien passée, elle a bien expliqué tout ce qu'elle faisait durant l'intervention et ça m'a rassurée. Elle m'a remis une fiche papier de ce que je devais faire après la chirurgie, ce qui était utile. Au contact, elle est très sympathique. De manière générale, je suis très satisfaite par la clinique dentaire de la Cité : le personnel est professionnel et agréable, les prix sont corrects.

Je l'ai consulté pendant 2 ans il y a 7 ans et le résultat est : une dent en moins avec des plombages à refaire et un traitement de canal mal fait. Et des dollars perdu. L'appât du gain vs intégrité.
