I do not understand how this man can call himself a Dr. Having a heart condition and in 4 visits he never once checked my blood pressure and on a recent visit for a check up he said oh don't feel like doing a prostate check. Is this not part of a physical. Does not give results on blood works the list of things goes on and on.

Dr. Henley has a very friendly personality and a great bedside manner; however, that is where it stops. Every time my hubby goes in to see him we are left with more questions then answers. He refuses to investigate the health issues he presents him with and is quite famous for telling him if he looses weight he will be "cured." My hubby has gone back a few times for a skin condition. He just writes him a prescription and off we go. Finally we were so fed up with going to see him with no help that we went to see our favourite doc at the walk-in. She took one look at his skin condition and creams he was prescribed and point blankly said "That is not going to work!" She has given him a different prescription and his condition now almost fully healed where as before it was only getting worse! NOTE: Not all exceptional doctors have good bedside manners. Bad ones can be very friendly and bedside manners can be perfect. Just because someone is nice doesn't mean they know what they are doing.

This dr. is great he didn't know if my mole was safe so he referred me to another dr. more knowledgable about skin, and they saved me from developing full melanoma.

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. As a registered social worker who has extensive knowledge concerning people with disabilities I found this man arrogant, lazy, rude and very disrespectful. I was working with one of his patients to try and assist her to get medical care and then he totally disregarded her by refusing to see her. This patient who speaks French the doctor Henley decided that she would be better off with another doctor who speaks French. He did not bother to check to see and provide her with a referral as there are no doctors presently taking patients. This woman who has diabetes and is in much need of health care was then not only left without a family doctor but then ended up severely emotional crying in my office. Health in obvious decline, she then ended up with a heart condition requiring nitroglycerin drops and the nitroglycerin patch. Her specialist thought that it would be in her best interest to see both doctors for complete follow up. I agree.

staff had ok service but when it was time for my appointment it was 32 min late and was not told anything. the doctor could not find any meds for my pain, all I am getting is the boot from one doctor to the next. When I told him that the pain is reaching my neck he told me that I should find a new family doctor. When I was taking the pain killers it made me loose all strength in my entire body and get light headed, the doc said "take it befor bed"

This was my first visit. Although staff did not inform him I was a new patient, he still took time to listen to me. I didn't feel rushed. He was 10 minutes late past my app't time (which I don't really consider late for a doc app't) and he APOLOGIZED for being late!! First time I have ever had a doc say sorry for not being on time!! Very good manners, easy to talk to. Thanks for a good visit! :)

Having recently moved here from Grand Forks, Dr. Henley is my new family doctor. I was impressed by his willingness to listen intently and take the time necessary. Also he's very young which I think is an asset in that he'd be on the leading edge of new technology.
