I thought the wait times were extremely long during an appointment. There were people in every cubicle and once you where there you were stuck waiting to see the dentist for an extremely long time. I also got tired of the staff talking to me like I was 5 years old. I know they deal with a lot of kids but not every one needs or wants the sing song voice. I also felt like I was talked into procedures I didn't need. Also, had to go to some one else to fix what was done wrong.

Reasonable good technical knowledge but does not do what he says he will. He committed to call about a major problem but even after 3 follow up calls by me, he did not respond. Good dentist but not a very good professional.
