To be fair - the office is run well and the doctors are knowledgeable. I'm putting in a poor rating so that people know that they are WAY OVERPRICED. Please shop around- unnecessarily gouging patients. I've never given a poor review to any doctor because they deserve extreme respect. However when I feel that they are so incredibly unjust, I felt my duty to share.

Horrible experience! Doctor charged the money from the insurance and charged me and did not provide any help. I had an emergency, he did not do anything, just charged the money!!!! I am still in extreme pain and need help and I still need emergency treatment. Never go there!

I got one wisdom tooth taken out by this doctor and to say the least he was an awful rude man. He gave me gas (which made no difference at all) and when he went to take the second tooth out it hurt so badly but he didn't listen to me saying it hurt and when I screamed from the pain he told me "shut up".

I WILL NOT go back to this man EVER again. I feel bad that the nurses have to work for him because they are the nicest nurses I have ever met, however I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere to get your teeth taken out.

I read other comments posted before I called to book my appointment…. I was a little set back by the some of the comments that I read but decided I would make my own conclusion and made an appointment. When I called to make my appointment the person who answered the phone was very accommodating to find me a time to come in especially that I was on time restriction because my insurance was ending. When I got there they took me in early. They sat me down took a thorough history no writing needed on my part and the explained payment and procedures. They let me know what was happening next and every step of the way. When the Dr. came in he was very upbeat and friendly. He took a look and explained everything that was going to happenHe checked to see how I was every step of the way he explained he would make it very comfortable and I shouldn’t feel any pain his assistant was equally as nice there direction and calm manner really put me at eashe had each tooth out in less then 5 min

everything seemed to go well until i called to question my bill the front desk manager answered the phone.I asked why i had an additional charge of $50 on top of my $154 which she very nastily told me it was from my x-ray. well i asked her if my dentist sent me to them why did they not work with him and get the X-ray he had just taken. well that was that she started screaming at me, and much to my surprise made me cry. when she tried calling back but i was to upset to answer.on her second call i answered and let her have it ! and told her i would not pay the remainder $50 until i talked to the Dr. well three months when't by and no call... when i received a collections notice i when to the office to pay and talk to the Dr. but she would not let me.she asked one of the other girls to take my money. but she would not stop badgering me. told me I WAS CRAZY and the Dr. wouldn't care what i had to say. and continued harassing me as i was trying to leave the the office. she needs to go!

I was a first time patient who was extremely nervous. Dr. Ginter made me feel at ease and delivered a painless procedure for an impacted tooth. I am very grateful.

i needed #19 extracted. it was fractured but root was still intact and it was still a simple extraction any general dentist can do for $50-100. i thought i was getting a skilled surgeon and somehow it would benefit me from having a specialist do it. i was quoted $250 and after extraction was told dr felt it was worth $350. i guess the extra $100 was for the x-ray i brought from another office for which he could not charge, so he added to the extraction. me being somewhat inexperienced instead of walking out not paying a cent i paid what he asked - $350. the whole procedure took 10-15 minutes. there were no complications. he did not graft the socket. for this price i could have a specialist preserve the socket and i would still have money left in my pocket. i don't recommend him.
