Blue Cross / Blue Shield
went to have small mole removed from rt. eyelid, Dr. cut tendion in corner of rt. eye and enclosed 35% of eye. Denied doing anything, had to have second surgery to reopen(20%) of eye and reconnect tendion. Dr. is 70 yrs. old time to put down the knife!!!
