My mom went in for a simple gallbladder surgery from this doctor and ended up having to be life flighted out of Wheeling, Hospital to UPMC hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. UPMC saved her life. She spent a whole month in the Trauma ICU just to stay alive. Within that time she has had 12Units of blood total (with the two hospitals), two emergency surgeries(both UPMC thank god not Wheeling) to stop the bleeding, dialysis for her acute kidney failure, intubated for two weeks and now bipap for the rest of the month. She missed thanksgiving with her grandchildren now she will miss christmas but thank god she is alive. All for a simple gallbladder surgery. Do not use this doctor if you are high risk. PLUS this guy was not even there before or during the emergency life flight. Very very poor follow up care after his surgeries.
